At the root of our anatomy sits the Psoas (pronounced: SO as) Muscle. The Psoas plays a huge role in the health of our body and can be the source of a lot of tension and pain we carry around with us.

About the Event
We are excited to offer this event virtually. Last week we we're able to host people from across the country on this healing online practice. The feedback we got:

"Each experience is something different, but tonights feels more healing than usual"
Now more than ever, as tensions rise we will begin to witness more pain in the physical body. We will begin to listen to the foreign language of how our body speaks to us through physical pain.
The psoas is in charge of the body's natural "fight or flight" reactions. Over time and through life’s challenges, tensions, stressors, and traumas it begins to hold onto energy that can manifest pain we associate with chronic issues such as:
- Back pain
- Tight hips
- Tight/Sore hamstring
- Core weakness
- Knee pain
- Shortness of breath
This 60min yoga practice will allow us to "tap" into and possibly release some of the built up pain we may experience over our lifetime. Jessy Raspiller will guide us through a slow methodical movement practice meant for All Levels. No previous yoga experience required.
- $20/10 drop in: You find yourself to be in a secure position to support our teachers + support others in our community that may not be in the same position.
- $5 drop in: You place value in what we offer but need to mindfully shift your resources.
- $1 drop in: Yoga is a valuable tool and in exchange for the value that you find in your practice you make a commitment to pay it forward: to support someone in a creative way only you’re capable of.
Please note that upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email that will include a link to our online waiver. Please take a moment to acknowledge this prior to start of our virtual practice.
We invite you to rouse your curiosity of one of the most important stabilizing muscles in our bodies. This will be an opportunity to create space to let go both physically and emotionally.
