About the Event
A dreamy evening under the stars sure to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Enlightening conversation, delicious food, and a dash of magic.
Join us for an immersive evening of heart centered practices, thoughtful dialogue, and delicious food shared amongst new friends and old in a warm, loving, and supportive space. The Mind, Body, Soul Supper Club is a moment of true delight and magic amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This intimate gathering is an opportunity for us all to lean into the power of self love and exploration as well as the power of community and being seen and held by others.
Each gathering will include:
- An hour long immersive experience led by our special guest
- A mouthwatering dinner and dessert
- A take home trinket to continue the magic after the night ends
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- The special guest for our February gathering is: Jessy Raspiller
Jessy, founder Venture Well Yoga, is furiously passionate about showing individuals the power of tapping “in.” Into the wildness that lives within. The place that holds our power, our creativity, our voices and most importantly our purpose. So that we as individuals can lead a life most fulfilled that will ripple out to the world.
She is an intuitive healer incorporating yoga, breath, somatics and deep soul writing into her sessions and classes; in order to allow her students to become more aware of their "truest essence."
- The experience that we will be led through is: Breathwork
We take on average 30,000 inhales per day, but when was the last time one of those breaths took you on a journey? The breath is our vital life force and when we can increase our oxygen levels in the body, the increased energy has the ability to shift mind and body into a deep relaxation. Breathwork is a dynamic practice that has shown to increase energy while equally relaxing the practitioner. So, we invite you to lay back, relax and just breath into this enlightening journey that will nourish mind, body, and soul.
